With a vision to educate, inform and assist couples seeking IVF treatment, IVFCare.in is an initiative started by distinguished and experienced IVF specialists. Led by Dr Ranjeet Joshi, IVFCare.in is founded by compassionate, like-minded, ART-trained gynaecologists with decades of experience in fertility, birth and prenatal care. Our founder Dr Joshi began this journey twenty years ago with Adwait Healthcare, Centre For Infertility And Endoscopy in Nashik, India in the year 2003. With the vision to bring scientific innovations in IVF treatment protocols, he has established 23 centres all over India, with one in Africa and an upcoming one in London. His extensive experience of over twenty years has brought the hope and joy of parenthood to many homes.
In the past two decades, he has treated over 25, 000 IVF patients, including patients with previous IVF failures and recurring implementation failures. Using his expertise, Dr Joshi has innovated multiple IVF procedures and treatments such as those listed below:

Operative Hysteroscopy Procedure with PRP for thin or non-receptive endometrium.

Immunotherapy protocol for poor egg or embryo quality, as well as recurrent implementation failures.

LIT treatment for unexplained first-trimester abortion.
These treatment modalities have delivered high success rates in many previous pregnancy failure patients.
