IVFcare.in is born out of the vision to ensure a happy and healthy pregnancy for all couples, especially those who have faced failure in their first IVF treatment.

Treatment of failed IVF cycle

What can cause an IVF failure?

EMBRYO

One of the primary predictors of IVF success is embryo quality which is directly dependent on the quality of the sperm and the egg. High-quality embryos that are genetically healthy and have normal development are more likely to lead to a successful pregnancy.  At IVFCare.in., we use an advanced embryo grading system that helps us determine which embryo to transfer and freeze.

ENDOMETRIUM

The endometrium is a layer of tissue that lines the uterus. Under fertility treatment, the endometrium is classified as too thin or too thick. A thin endometrium can also be a sign of decreased fertility.

IMMUNOLOGY

Immunology is a science that deals with the protective mechanisms of the body against foreign substances. In some cases, the mother's body may develop an immunological reaction to this foreign part of the embryo that comes from the father, and the embryo may get rejected, resulting in recurrent pregnancy losses.

IUI – Intrauterine Insemination is a technique in which washed semen samples of the best quality sperm are directly placed in the uterus whereas IVF involves fertilising an egg outside the body in the laboratory and then implanting the embryo in the uterus.

The time taken for one IVF cycle is 1 to 2 months.

As many times as a patient wishes but with proper diagnosis and treatment the patient may not require more than 3 cycles.

The success rate of IVF treatment depends on the age of the patient, indication for IVF and other comorbidities.

Couples may opt for IVF when other fertility treatments like IUI have failed or there is a direct indication for IVF like bilateral tubal damage, very poor quality of semen sample, or advanced maternal age.

No, the only painful procedure for IVF is egg collection but it is done under anaesthesia. Few patients might experience some pain or discomfort which is taken care of with medication.

No, patients can continue to work routinely.
